Katie Hirsch, PhD is an exercise physiologist, sport nutritionist, researcher, and educator specializing in female physiology, muscular and metabolic health, and hormone-informed strategies across the lifespan. Through cutting-edge research and real-world collaboration, she leads work that explores how nutrition, exercise, and hormonal profiles shape women’s health, performance, and recovery.
